We were so lucky that we were accepted! We were living in Dubai at that time, where André was born, and we traveled to Italy for his magical Christening. The ceremony was in English and Italian by a priest from Philippines in december 2007. André was three months old and his sister Aimée was the godmother.
André had such a good luck that after the ceremony, the Pope Benedict looked out a window to give the blessing.

We had a small reception in a restaurant near by with a great Italian menu.
The Christening favors were old Italian silver spoons in different cases.
Some Christening gifts: his craft had-made photo album with the Virgin in silver and a Tiffany porcelain, silver and swarovski photo frame.
His Godmother's gift was a Tous gold set of necklace and bracelet.
The Christening was even featured in Fuchsia Magazine.
